ABOUT THE ITEM:

-This beautiful handmade pendant features a g=stunning teardrop picture jasper with an amazing pattern that reminds me of an arial view of an ocean coast of red sand and canyon. Chain measures 18 inches, pendant measurs 2x1 inches.

This pendant was handmade using the lost art of electroforming.

Electroforming is an organic process that creates a coat of copper on a conductive surface using an electric current. The process can last anywhere between 24 to 36 hours. Because of it's organic nature, each piece created in this process is unique and has beautiful imperfections and textures.

Along with the protection from the wax, you should not shower or submerge the jewelry in water. Because your jewelry is made of copper, it will age over time but can become shiny again with a nice polish. :)

All of the pieces offered at The Mountain Druidess are made with intention and feature fully charged crystals. To recharge your jewelry use the moon's rays because they are very energizing, as well as energetically clearing. You can use this method to both clear and charge your crystals at the same time. Find a safe place and leave your crystal for 24 hours or more (up to a week) in moonlight. Placing amethyst in the sun will bleach the color.

CRYSTAL MEANINGS:

-Imperial Jasper is said to carry the energy of a portal into a spiritual journey. It equips the barrier with a grounded shelter and reminder of life's journey to understand one's self. It is a stone that is meant to help align one to the actualization process and accept life as it comes.
I find that this type of jasper often ressemble landscapes and to me reinforce this idea of a journey by imagining myself in the landscape of the jasper.
